Prior to getting into real estate I was in the customer service industry for over 10 years in both the private and public sectors. During that time I developed excellent communication skills, became an effective negotiator and learned the importance of paying attention to details.  These skills prepared me to realize my goal of becoming a real estate agent. I was further inspired to achieve this goal after the purchase of my first home. There are many ‘firsts’ in life; first words, first steps, first day at school, first job, to name a few- but none of these ‘firsts’ are as challenging, stressful or intimidating as being a ‘first time home buyer’.  Remembering the uncertainties of being a first time home buyer is what motivates me to work hard to provide reassurance and peace of mind to my clients.
As a property owner myself, I understand that purchasing or selling a home can be an exciting yet emotional process that can sometimes come along with a few challenges. First time home buyers might struggle with having enough confidence to feel like they are making the right decision. When selling, it can be difficult to say goodbye to your home where you’ve created fond memories with family and friends.
